To turn it on, you have to undress the lamp first. Strip down the black fabric covering the phallic bulb and it lights up the room. Monsby describes it as “the most meaningful and optimistic lamp ever” and that it is made to bring love, life and light – and a little fun.
Monsby also revealed that the lamp has been in the works for about a year, and that the lamp’s name could’ve been anything from phal lamp to lampenis.
On the foundation.app, you can get your hands on one of the 50 “lampenis” for approximately 3.500 pounds.
